The commission of Kentucky Colonel is the highest title of honor bestowed in Kentucky. It is recognition of an individual’s noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to our community, state and nation. Kentucky Colonels are unwavering in devotion to faith, family, commonwealth and country. Passionate about being compassionate. Proud leaders who are gentle but strong in will and commitment. If you’re a commissioned Colonel, you are a Kentucky Colonel for life.
Alpha Phi Sigma, Honor Society
This origination showcases the aptitude of students in Justice and Public safety. I attended the national conference in 2010 in San Diego. There were competitions and speeches and I participated in both. I got 2nd place in the "National Criminal Investigation Competition" and did a presentation on "Standards of Women in Policing".

I receive my Bachelors in Justice and Public Safety and then received a Masters in Conflict Management.
Jefferson County (Louisville) Sheriffs Office; Deputy
I had the great pleasure of being part of the Louisville Law Enforcement Community. As a Deputy I worked; Paperwork Service, Evections, DMV Inspections, and Special Events. I was also was on the Honor Guard and the Rapid Response Team. I was very happy serving the community.
Zussman and MOUT OPFOR
(MOUT OPFOR - Military Operations in Urban Terrain, Opposition Force) The Mission of this affiliation is to provide pre-deployment training to U.S. Military forces and our allies. The training consisted of; Hand to Hand Combative Skills, Shooting and Cover understanding, Building Take Downs, Multi- Country training, and any other skill that needs practice. There are multiple sites with special effects for realistic training. This included; Medical Recovery, Hostage Recovery, EOD training, and Police Aided Situations.
Kentucky Congress on Spinal Cord Injuries
This affiliation moves to educate Communities, Businesses, and Political Leadership on Disabilities, needs of Wheelchair Accessibility, and Spinal Cord Injuries. Avocation and a united front helps to inspire change in Kentucky. Meeting with Business owners, Mayors, Representatives, and even the Governor. With 52 Million Americans Living with a Disability, just about 800,000 right here in Kentucky that is why there need for representation of those with a disability, wheelchair users, and even the aging population who will utilize accessibility needs.
Ms. Wheelchair Kentucky and Nationally Ms. Wheelchair America
I has been my pleasure to meeting several women inspired to change the world of disabilities. These women are; advocates, artists, athletes, designers, educators, and so much more. Judged on their accomplishments this is not a typical pageant, but instead a why to find the most articulate spokesperson to represent the state during; events, media segments, educational moments, and to maintain the appearance of poise and leadership.
